What You'll Own

As the leader bridging every department, you'll be the glue that holds the guest experience together — from the front desk to housekeeping to the market shelves. You'll be trusted with the real impact.

• Set the tone for an environment where comfort, service, and quality are non-negotiable
• Build teamwork and camaraderie across departments — because silos don't check guests in
• Oversee suite inventory, vending, and market operations with a sharp eye for detail
• Manage the reservations system and maintain a strong relationship with our Property Management System provider
• Keep key controls tight alongside the maintenance team
• Balance departmental budgets and staffing against occupancy 
• Maintain accurate payroll records and deliver fair, timely performance reviews
• Keep the books honest — Accounts Receivable, City Ledger, and Guest Ledger included
• Train and mentor Front Office staff so they shine as brightly as you do
• Step confidently into the Manager on Duty role whenever called upon
• Keep the lobby, market, and front office looking sharp and welcoming at all times

Education & Experience

We're looking for someone with hands-on hotel front office experience — FOSSE/Stay PMS familiarity is a bonus — plus at least two years leading or supervising a team.

The Fine Print

This role keeps you on your feet — sitting, standing, bending, and walking throughout your shift, with occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. You'll need close vision for computer work and the stamina to stay sharp through a dynamic day.
