Front Desk Associate – Part-Time

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest at Homewood Suites by Hilton Denton, Texas. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations and payments, answering phone calls, responding to guest requests, resolving concerns professionally, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management. The associate must follow hotel procedures, Hilton brand standards, company policies, and safety guidelines while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-service oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Physical Requirements: While performing the essential functions of this position (and other duties as assigned), an employee may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, and equipment. The position may also require lifting or moving items weighing up to 20 pounds, communicating verbally, and utilizing close vision for computer-related tasks.
