As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will

• Oversee a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure the comfort and safety of guests, while helping meet and exceed business goals.  
• Create an environment that’s safe and engaging, where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Lead a diverse team by modeling the way, by empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Protect the brand and asset by ensuring that programs are smoothly implemented and compliant. And, if something goes wrong, you make it right for the guest.
• Inspect what you expect! This is a working position ensuring cleanliness in all areas exceeds Marriott and our guests' standards.

Physical Requirements: 

While performing the essential functions of this position (and other duties as assigned), an employee may be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, and equipment. The position may also require lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds, communicating verbally, and utilizing close vision for computer-related tasks.
