Front Desk Agent

First impressions are everything—and in a city built on unforgettable ones, yours could be the best part of someone’s Nashville story. Just steps from the honky-tonks of Broadway and the neon glow of Music City, our front desk is the gateway to it all: the bachelorette parties, the songwriters chasing a break, the families here for their first Grand Ole Opry show. You’ll be the first voice they hear and the warm smile that tells them they’ve arrived somewhere special.

This isn’t just check-ins and key cards. It’s hospitality as performance art—a little bit Southern charm, a little bit showmanship, and a whole lot of heart.

What You’ll Bring to the Stage

• A natural, contagious warmth that makes strangers feel like old friends.
• Sharp instincts for solving problems before guests even notice them.
• Comfort with computers, cash, and credit—handled with confidence and accuracy.
• Crystal-clear English communication skills, spoken and written.
• The stamina for a role that keeps you moving—standing, greeting, lifting up to 20 pounds when needed.

Why This Stage, Why This City

Nashville doesn’t do ordinary, and neither do we. Working downtown means being minutes from live music on every corner, James Beard–nominated restaurants, and a skyline that glitters over the Cumberland River. You’ll meet travelers from everywhere, swap stories, and maybe pick up a favorite new bar recommendation or two along the way.

The Perks Behind the Performance

• Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
• Life and Supplemental Insurance
• Long and Short-Term Disability
• 401(k) Plan
• Professional Growth and Development Opportunities
• Travel Discounts
• Compensation Based on Experience

If you believe hospitality is part art, part heart, and all Nashville—let’s talk. Your next great performance starts at the front desk.
