You’ll own the big picture and the fine print: the physical plant, preventive maintenance strategy, life-safety programs, vendor partnerships, capital planning, and the daily details that protect the guest experience. • Direct all facility, maintenance, engineering, and grounds operations to keep the hotel safe, polished, efficient, and guest-ready.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs that safeguard equipment, extend asset life, and minimize disruption.
• Maintain a sharp focus on life-safety standards, emergency preparedness, inspections, drills, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead repairs, renovations, and capital projects from bid process through contractor oversight, ensuring exceptional work, sound value, and operational continuity.
• Manage maintenance agreements, service providers, inventory, tools, and equipment with discipline and commercial awareness.
• Partner with hotel leadership to anticipate needs, solve challenges quickly, and protect one of the most important assets in downtown Nashville.
