• Refresh rooms with crisp linens, neatly made beds, and spotless bathrooms.
• Restock essential guest amenities, including soap, shampoo, towels, and other in-room supplies.
• Maintain an organized linen closet and a fully stocked housekeeping cart for a smooth, efficient day.
• Prepare your supplies and work areas for the following shift before heading out.
• Offer a friendly smile and warm greeting to guests you encounter throughout the hotel.

What It Takes To Shine

• Basic English communication skills.
• The ability to remain active throughout your shift, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and repetitive motions.
• The ability to regularly move up to 25–30 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• A dependable, detail-focused approach and a genuine commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience.
