Your Impact On Every Stay

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to consistently meet Hampton’s high standards.
• Create an inviting arrival experience by changing linens, making beds, and ensuring every bathroom is fresh, polished, and guest-ready.
• Restock guest room essentials, including soap, shampoo, towels, and other supplies.
• Maintain an organized linen closet and fully stocked cart, setting yourself and the team up for a strong next shift.
• Support a smooth, efficient housekeeping operation with a sharp eye for presentation, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Greet guests warmly and offer helpful assistance with the genuine Southern hospitality Nashville is known for.

What Makes You A Great Fit

You bring energy, reliability, and pride in a job well done. You understand that a perfectly prepared room is more than a task—it’s the foundation of a great guest experience. Basic English communication skills are needed to connect with guests and teammates.

This is an active, hands-on role requiring continuous movement throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions. You should be able to regularly move items weighing 25–30 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
