Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a keen eye on both daily revenue and expenses, steering towards minimizing loss and maximizing profit with strategic finesse.
- In collaboration with the Front Office Manager, ensure the Front Office operations are seamless and the guests’ needs are met with style and efficiency
- Empower and elevate your team, fostering an environment that attracts the best talent, encourages learning, and nurtures advancement.
- Step up as the Manager on Duty when the spotlight calls for leadership.
Who You Are
A leader with a robust background in hospitality, equipped with a mix of discipline-specific knowledge and supervisory prowess. Excellent communication skills in English (with a second language as a plus) should be in your toolkit, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment. A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience sets the stage, supplemented by at least two to three years in a hotel management or supervisory role.
