Your Role in Our Success Story

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our top-line revenue, meeting or exceeding our budget expectations. Teaming up with our Director of Sales, you’ll be selling our brand to diverse markets such as Corporate, SMERF, Tour and Travel, intermediaries, etc. Your mission, should you chose to accept it, includes:

• Scaling the monthly top-line revenue goals while boosting our STAR market share.
• Face-to-face selling, tele-prospecting, and participating in sales blitzes to actively promote our hotel.
• Scouting business opportunities for the hotel and presenting your findings to the GM, Corporate Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager.
• Showing community spirit by involving yourself in local organizations and gathering business intelligence.
• Keeping an eye on the competition’s sales tactics, remaining a "product expert" and always one step ahead.
• Following all sales administrative processes including report preparation and internal communication, always meeting deadlines.
• Establishing robust relationships with our top clients and maintaining professional integrity.

Your Key to Success

• Bring your previous hotel sales experience to the table, including direct sales experience.
• Showcase a stable work history, a reflection of your reliability and commitment.
• Demonstrate your exceptional organizational skills and strong client follow-up.

• Impress us with your extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
