The main requirement in this position is friendliness. We are the first face and last face that our guests see, and we need to make a positive, lasting impression! In addition to being the smiling face of The Black Fox Lodge, you must be able to efficiently perform the duties of a guest service agent while in a sometimes fast paced environment and maintain a happy demeanor. Open availability is a must; however, we are more than willing to work with scheduling needs. In your role as a guest services agent here at the Black Fox Lodge you will be expected to perform sales and customer services functions related to guests, reservations, and revenue collection, in a manner that will ensure all Chartwell Hospitality guests receive a safe and secure place to stay with friendly and attentive service.
