Nashville doesn’t just make music—it makes memories. And at Hilton Nashville Green Hills, nestled in one of Music City’s most beloved neighborhoods of boutique shopping and Southern charm, we make sure every guest feels like they’ve found a home away from home. That magic doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of you.
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a warm smile, and the pride of a job beautifully done. If you love the satisfaction of transforming a space into something sparkling and welcoming, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
- Work your magic—cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming guest rooms and bathrooms to true Hilton standards.
- Create those irresistible “fresh hotel bed” moments with crisp linens and perfectly made beds.
- Keep the little luxuries stocked—soap, shampoo, and all the comforts that make guests feel pampered.
- Set tomorrow up for success by organizing your linen closet and restocking your cart before you clock out.
- Share Nashville’s famous hospitality with every guest you pass, one friendly smile at a time.
What You Bring
A can-do attitude and the stamina to match. This role keeps you moving—bending, lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 25–30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You’ll be on your feet for your shift, ready to tackle repetitive tasks with energy and focus. Basic English communication skills round out the mix.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Because Green Hills isn’t just a neighborhood—it’s a vibe. Think trendy boutiques, top-tier dining, and that unmistakable Nashville energy just minutes from downtown’s honky-tonks and live music halls. When your shift ends, a city full of adventure awaits right outside our doors.
