What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals to deliver impeccable guest experiences every single day.
• Set the tone for cleanliness and care across guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas.
• Partner with front office and maintenance teams to keep operations seamless and guests smiling.
• Develop and refine housekeeping procedures that meet — and exceed — Hilton’s renowned standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and supply orders with an eye for efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct regular inspections, ensuring every detail sparkles.
