Housekeeper

At Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View, our Housekeeping team is the heart of the guest experience. You create the space where guests relax, recharge, and feel at home. We are looking for detail-driven, dependable Housekeepers who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a fast-moving, team-focused environment.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to brand and hotel standards
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and polish to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure every detail is guest-ready
• Restock room amenities such as towels, soap, and toiletries
• Maintain an organized linen closet and fully stocked housekeeping cart
• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude when encountered
• Support the team to ensure rooms are ready on time and standards are met

• A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality results
• Attention to detail and consistency in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to stay active throughout your shift — including walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift 25–30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• A team-first mindset with a positive attitude
