What You’ll Do
• Deliver a high-energy, welcoming arrival experience that guests remember
• Own the check-in and check-out process with speed, accuracy, and confidence
• Handle guest requests and challenges with a “make it happen” attitude
• Keep the front desk running smoothly while staying upbeat and professional
• Work closely with your team to create a seamless guest experience
• Be the go-to person for guests — from directions to recommendations and everything in between

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
• Ability to think quickly and stay composed under pressure
• Comfort with computers and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stay on your feet and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
