Excellent opportunity for a seasoned Hospitality Leader with a growing and innovative company, headquartered in Franklin, TN!

In this role, the Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and leadership of several hotels (mainly Hilton and Marriott-branded), ensuring operational excellence, financial success, and alignment with company values and brand standards. This individual will provide strategic support and hands-on guidance to property-level teams, with a strong focus on mentorship, guest satisfaction, and revenue optimization. The role (NOT REMOTE) is based out of Franklin, Tennessee and requires regular travel to properties within the assigned region. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated hospitality professional with a minimum of two years of experience in a regional or multi-property leadership role, in addition to prior General Manager experience. A solid track record of managing successful hotel operations, including both select and full-service properties, is essential. Candidates with prior experience managing Hilton and/or Marriott brands will be given strong consideration.

Successful candidates will possess a diverse skill set across sales, operations, and financial management, coupled with strong communication and leadership abilities. A high level of emotional intelligence and an ownership mindset are critical, as is the ability to make data-driven decisions, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of accountability and service. This person must be comfortable working independently, while also collaborating closely with Chartwell’s corporate team and property leadership.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include supporting General Managers with day-to-day operational needs, ensuring staffing and service levels are met, recruiting and developing property leadership teams, and driving performance across the portfolio. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for developing short- and long-term action plans that align with organizational goals, conducting regular site visits, maintaining compliance with safety and brand standards, and providing consistent performance reporting to senior leadership.

QUALIFICATOINS AND REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Franklin, Tennessee. This position requires frequent regional travel and the ability to be responsive and engaged with the property teams on an ongoing basis.
