Your Role in Our Symphony

• Thrive in the limelight, maintaining a visible, professional presence that deters potential security incidents.
• Conduct the orchestra of security with routine checks of the property, including our building and parking lot.
• Play the right notes to promptly respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies to ensure harmony.
• Collaborate with the law enforcement agencies and emergency services, essentially the bass to your lead.
• Ensure compliance with access control procedures, keeping the rhythm of security in check.
• Monitor our security equipment.
• Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order.

We’re looking for individuals who are as diverse as the city itself. You don't necessarily have to be a seasoned security professional, but an understanding of security protocols and procedures in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Qualities We're Looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications. Guard Card is required. 
• A keen eye that can spot a sour note in a security situation.
• Superb communication skills, able to conduct people effectively.
• The stamina to keep the beat going, standing and walking for extended periods.
• A customer service orientation that resonates with our guests.
• Basic computer skills to ensure report writing and security equipment operation.
• The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
