As a Front Desk Agent, You Will:

• Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to our guests.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.

• Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone every day.

• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.

• Enjoy solving problems and finding solutions to meet our guests’ needs.

• Use a computer and various hotel software systems to complete daily tasks.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and team members.
