What You’ll Create

• Deliver standout service with a “guest comes first” mindset, making every interaction personal, effortless, and welcoming.
• Prepare quality coffee beverages, food items, and café offerings with consistency, care, and attention to presentation.
• Operate the MICROS POS system accurately and efficiently while handling guest orders and payments.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next rush.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and presentation standards—because details matter.
• Stay calm, confident, and solutions-focused during high-volume periods, special events, and unexpected moments.
• Pay attention to inventory, guest needs, and the flow of the café; communicate what you see so the team can stay ahead.
• Help welcome and coach new team members with encouragement, respect, and positive energy.
• Celebrate individual and team wins while contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture.
• Maintain dependable, punctual attendance and show up ready to make an impact.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required, or equivalent training.
• Experience with a POS system preferred.
