As a member of our team, you will:

• Maintain guest rooms and common areas to ensure optimal comfort and safety for our guests and associates.
• Demonstrate your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to efficiently address and resolve maintenance issues.
• Promptly attend to guest requests with courtesy and ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds to uphold our property's aesthetic appeal.
• Keep mechanical areas orderly, safe, and clean while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• Preferred high school diploma with technical or vocational training.
• General knowledge of carpentry, painting, and electrical fields.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Kemper Insurance Red Tag System and ability to operate a pickup truck may be necessary.
• Capability to lift at least 40 pounds.
