What We’re Looking For
- Preferred high school diploma with technical or vocational training.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, though not essential.
- Proficiency in carpentry, painting, electrical work, and other technical fields.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the Kemper Insurance Red Tag System and ability to drive a pick-up truck may be necessary.
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
