Housekeeping Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support housekeeping team members in daily operations
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and team development
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service needs
• Conduct room inspections and maintain quality assurance standards
• Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment
• Help manage labor and operational expenses while maintaining service excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout shift
