Front Desk Associate We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at a Hilton-branded property. This position plays a critical role in delivering the high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction associated with the Hilton brand.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Associate serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of guest interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Schedule & Availability

This position offers flexible scheduling with the following shifts:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Audit)

Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require. (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service in alignment with Hilton brand standards
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the property management system
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring complete resolution
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and guest information
• Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems; experience with Hilton systems (e.g., PEP) is an asset
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
