As a key member of our team, you will oversee the smooth and efficient processing of accounting and human resources related information and systems at the property level. Take on a leadership role in all accounting and personnel related issues at our property.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the hotel's general cashier operations, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of deposits
• Handling accounts receivable duties, including setting up accounts and ensuring timely collections
• Overseeing accounts payable processes, maintaining organization and compliance with company standards
• Completing all end-of-month accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
• Directing human resources functions related to employment, benefits, and wage administration

What We're Looking For:

• BS or BA in Hotel Administration, Management, or Accounting preferred
• Minimum of two years front desk/night audit experience and one year hotel accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to enforce hotel standards, policies, and procedures with hotel staff
• Independent work ethic and ability to work cohesively with other departments
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
