Here's the Exciting Part

As the Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in generating top-line revenue and surpassing budget expectations tackling multiple markets including Corporate, SMERF, Tour and Travel, intermediaries, and more. And the best part? You'll be reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

Get Ready to:

• Smash monthly top-line revenue goals and skyrocket the STAR market share of the hotel.
• Proactively sell the hotel through face-to-face appointments with customers, tele-prospecting, and more.
• Participate in high-energy sales blitzes and utilize cutting-edge business tools to prospect for new business.
• Analyze potential business opportunities for the hotel and present your findings to the top brass.
• Immerse yourself in local communities, gaining contacts, business intelligence and spreading that Nashville spirit.
• Maintain an edge on the competition by staying informed of their sales practices and outshining them as a "product expert".
• Stick to all sales administrative processes, prepare and submit reports or internal communications, and always meet deadlines.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with top-producing clients while maintaining professional integrity.
