Role Highlights:

As a key player in our sales department, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing our direct sales and marketing program. This involves:

  • Mastering our consultative sales process and making client calls just like an account manager.
  • Bringing your knowledge of rate and revenue management to the table and assisting with forecasts.
  • Personally handling top accounts because you are just that good.
  • Spending 50% of your time on outside sales, because who wants to be cooped up in an office all day?
  • Maintaining an orderly Sales Office because a clean workspace means a clear mind.
  • Completing an annual marketing plan and budget, because you’ve got the vision and we’ve got the resources.

Educational Background:

Applicants should have a BA or BS in Marketing Administration. Certified Hospitality Sales Professional qualification is preferred.

Experience:

Three years of Direct Sales experience is required. If you have intimate working knowledge of market qualification, the consultative selling process, trace management, and an entrepreneurial spirit to create and mentor superior sales talent, you’re just the person we’re looking for. Experience with annual revenue and expense budgets is also preferred.
