Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites by Hilton Cedar Rapids, dedicating 50% of your time to each property. Your dynamic leadership will ensure both hotels operate smoothly and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• You’re a seasoned General Manager with a history of leading successful teams.
• You have a knack for establishing strong and fruitful Owner Relations partnerships.
• You have the ability to create and develop dynamic teams.
• You’re familiar with the local market. That’s a big plus!

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations, tapping into your extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of hotel management. From sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget, forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance, you’ll be at the helm, steering us toward success.
