Position Summary:

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment while supporting our team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the Human Resources team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with company's goals and values.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring top talent is attracted and retained.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a welcoming and respectful workplace for all team members.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide HR support for workforce planning.
  • Handle employee relations issues and investigations, addressing concerns with empathy and fairness.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance team members' skills and career growth.
  • Implement performance management processes, providing feedback and guidance to support team members' development.
  • Maintain HR records and data analytics, using insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring our compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Champion our values and culture, promoting a positive work environment and reinforcing the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualification Summary:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Substantial experience in Human Resources leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of HR professionals.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
