Job Description:

Are you an experienced revenue management professional with a track record of optimizing revenue for high-end full-service hotels? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to maximize revenue for our beautiful new Hilton BNA Nashville Airport terminal.  This is the first and only hotel connected to the BNA Airport Terminal.  Your expertise in dynamic markets and ability to implement revenue-boosting strategies will be instrumental in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize business mix and achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with property General Manager and Sales team to secure high-value bookings and enhance the hotel's market positioning.
• Continuously analyze pricing and inventory management to adapt strategies for success.
• Effectively communicate and work in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and property owners.
• Utilize Hilton revenue management systems to drive profitable business into the hotel.
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
• Expertly analyze STR reports and understand competitive set guidelines.
• Utilize tools such as Demand 360 and OTA Insight to support and guide strategies.
• Manage time effectively, balancing project work with daily/weekly tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Nashville Market and Hilton system a plus.
• Understanding of factors influencing hotel occupancy, including market events and segmentation.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems (OnQ R&I, GRO) 
• Familiarity with basic economic principles, such as supply and demand and price elasticity.
• Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and motivated.
• Quick learner of new systems and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of revenue management experience. 

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Finance, or Economics (preferred).
