As Overnight Maintenance, you will: 

• Take regular action to keep guest room and all public areas fully operable and safe for our guests and team members.
• Respond to emergency situations, including but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies.
• Clean and paint all hotel space as needed.
• Be graciously attentive to guests, answering questions and getting additional help when it’s needed.
• Proficient in the use of basic hand and electric tools; familiarity with parts and materials.
• Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation as needed.
• Use of ladders and climbing equipment will be required.
• Assist with housekeeping to ensure lobby, public restrooms and outdoor seating are clean and well kept.
