If you have Hilton and Marriott revenue management experience with multiple hotels in multiple markets and are looking to join a growing company, this position is just what you are looking for!
We are looking for a top-notch, detail oriented, driven, strategic thinker to drive maximum revenue for multiple Hilton and Marriott high-end Select Service and Full Service properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in dynamic markets and be able to advise and implement strategies that will optimize the best mix of business for each hotel. In addition to the daily focus on pricing and inventory management, the Revenue Manager will need to bring ideas to the table that will help position the hotels as market leaders. Our revenue managers work closely with the property General Managers and Sales teams to ensure decisions are made to book the best pieces of business for the hotel to maximize revenue. The ability to analyze strategies to determine success or failure and adjust accordingly is important in this role as is timely communication and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with strong analytical skills who can build solid relationships and communicate effectively with both internal associates as well as owners will be best suited for this position. This position will be based out of the greater Nashville/Franklin area; however, remote candidates will also be considered. Our revenue managers report directly to the Corporate Director of Revenue Management.

Travel, commitment and flexibility required.
- A minimum of 5 years in a revenue management position
- Experience in forecasting, rate and inventory management and price positioning
- Expertise in STR reports, competitive shops and other market intelligence reports and can use that expertise to develop strategies to maximize revenue
- Ability to manage time around specific projects while maintaining daily/weekly repetitive tasks
- Have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with team members and owners
- Is a quick learner of new systems and procedures and can teach others how to use new revenue management tools
- Works well under timelines and makes well-informed pricing decisions
- Has strong analytical and problem solving skills
Education and Experience:
- Preferably 2 to 5 years in the hospitality industry, full-service hotel experience preferred
